When I reply
I am a working musician, so replies can take a day, and a little longer when I am travelling for concerts. I always reply.
Choosing a flute? Tell me
- Who the flute is for, and their age.
- Which style they are learning: Carnatic or Hindustani.
- Whether they have a teacher or course, and which scale it uses.
Help with an order? Tell me
- The name and phone number the order was placed under.
- What went wrong. For damage, attach the unboxing video, as explained on the Refunds page.
