Privacy policy

What I collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
• What you ordered, what you paid and the dates.
• Messages you send me by email or WhatsApp.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. I never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay’s own privacy policy covers the payment itself.

Why I use it

• To prepare, pack and deliver your order.
• To send you tracking details and answer your questions.
• To handle cancellations, refunds and damage claims.
• To keep the order records that Indian tax and accounting law require.

Who I share it with

Only with the services needed to run your order: the courier (your name, address and phone number), Razorpay (to take payment), and the email and WhatsApp services I use to talk to you.

I never sell your details or share them for advertising. I don’t share them with the flute makers.

This website

The site is hosted on Framer, which records basic, anonymous visit statistics such as which pages are viewed. I don’t use these to identify you. The studio video on the How it works page is hosted on YouTube and only loads if you press play; YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as the law requires. Other messages and details are deleted when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask me for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them where the law allows. Write to sriharsha.ramkumar@gmail.com. I won’t add you to any mailing list without asking you first.

Ordering for a child

Many flutes are for children. Please have a parent or guardian place the order and share the details.

Changes and contact
